Hot Rock Dining System

Hot Rocks is an exciting restaurant dining system which has been designed to be easily incorporated into the menu of any existing restaurant.

The system is made up from several components

The Oven
The oven has been designed to heat to a sufficient cooking temperature with minimal heat loss through the exterior. In fact the exterior of the oven may be touched without any fear of causing burns. It requires only a fifteen amp single phase power source. It is important to note that this oven does not actually cook food. It heats volcanic stones to the desired temperature. Therefore it does not require any form of exhaust canopies or vents

The Stones
The stones are specially sourced volcanic stones which are heated in the oven to the desired temperature. Fifty of these stones can be loaded into the oven at any particular time.

The Plates
The plates used in this system are specially designed stoneware plates to hold the heated volcanic stones. They have been designed in such a way as to prevent against thermal cracking
